The LYTO manufacturing plant is spread over 100000 sq ft of area which includes Vehicle manufacturing division, R&D center, Auto Component manufacturing division, Testing facilities and Tool Room facilities .
The vehicle assembly line is equipped with capacity of assembling 36000 vehicles per year. LYTO assembles Diesel vehicles, Electric vehicles, CNG vehicles at its assembly unit. In house testing facility ensures that every model undergoes rigorous testing procedure which is closely monitored before market launch.
The Product Development Team at LYTO is geared up to understand market feedbacks so as to inculcate necessary changes and improvements in vehicles with shortest turnaround time.
The plant has in house facilities for producing critical components and high end testing facilities.
LYTO HAS A WELL QULIFIED AND DEDICATED R&D TEAM WHICH IS FULLY CAPABLE OF DESGINING, DEVELPOMENT AND IMPLEMENTATION OF PROJECTS.

A RIGID QUALITY ASSURNACE SYSTEM ENSURES THAT QULAITY IS MAINATINED NOT ONLY IN PRODUCTION PROCESS BUT AT THE SUPPLIER END AS WELL.WE ARE EQUIPPED WITH MODERN TESTING FACILITY AND KNOWLEDGE BASE TO ENSURE DELIVERY OF DEFECT FREE VEHICLES AND PARTS. THE QUALITY ASSURANCE DEPARTMENT USES STATE OF THE ART EQUIPEMNT LIKE:
The machine shop is equipped with state of the art CNC machines including HMCs, VMCs & Turning Centers and special as well as general purpose machines. All the components are thoroughly checked and inspected for geometrical accuracy.
This section includes hydraulic presses, mechanical presses, mig welding machines, arc welding machines, shot blast machine.
The foundry division is equipped with state of the art ARPA moulding line, induction furnace, automatic sand plant and supporting equipment like complete metallurgical and chemical lab, UTM, Spectrometer, BHN, Microscope with image analyzer. The foundry division casts both CI and SG iron components.
The sub assemblies are done in controlled dust free environment. This section includes presses for fitting and washing machines for washing of critical components.
The Tool room is equipped with lathe machines, shapers and grinders.
